IFL Participants Complete Session Activities for

Teamwork and Visioning

What Participants Say

For over 15 years I have been a leadership trainer yet the Institute showed me even greater dimensions into leadership. I gained more insight into what leadership can do to transform individuals into better leaders…and that is what we need in the second century of Rotary, in our personal life, and in our world! The Institute made a difference in the way I see leadership!

I for one always find it fascinating to learn about myself, especially when I can learn how I compare and contrast to how others see the world. Nevertheless, the greatest benefit of this two-day institute was getting to know other Rotary leaders as people, as individuals with whom I can communicate one on one.

THANK YOU, El Paso friends, from our hearts for all of your support and inspiration. It’s set us on fire to support better leadership for Rotary’s mission. I tell people that I use the concepts pretty much every day. We deeply understand the tremendous amount of work that you have put into this program and want you to know that we so appreciate what you do. We are all honored to be part of this creation. THANK YOU again and again.

First of all, let me thank you for giving your time to the bunch of us “SJs” in the PDNG at the Institute for Leadership a couple of weeks ago.  It was such a great experience, and it really has had positive spill over effects on my personal life and my professional life.  As a matter of fact, Beto Pallares and I (we share an office) have really been trying to integrate some of the lessons we learned into the management of our office…. It’s been amazing! And, Gbenga and I are always tossing around ideas for improving our leadership styles… He’s been a hoot to get to know!  Thank you!!

Again, I really appreciate the work you are doing with Rotary to mentor… it is so important!
